CONTEST! Send your box tops to the school office
marked with your name and room number using one of the following methods.
1)
Tape 25 box tops on the back of this form 2) Put 50 box tops in a Ziploc snack bag. Make sure you include a note inside with your name and room number. Your box tops will be deposited into your personal Box Tops Bank Account. You will receive a statement showing the balance in your account when we resume classes after Easter break. Each box top that you deposit will also be counted in your homeroom account. Shopping
with Box Tops! The Box Tops Store will be open the first week of April and the first week of May with a variety of items. Students will be able to purchase items in the store with the box tops they have deposited into their account. Competing
with Box Tops! The homeroom with the most box tops per student at the end of the day on April 30th will earn a lunch at DJ’s Café during the month of May. Other classes may earn rewards based on their placement in the contest.
