"Elite Eight" Class A State Scholastic Bowl

A total of 318 schools entered the Class "A" and "AA" state tournament series. BSS beat Pawnee in Regional competition on April 23rd. They advanced to Sectionals on April 29th where they beat several teams. They came in a very impressive 5th place in the state finals. Congratulations!!

Want to improve your skills and feel confident for the upcoming matches and tournaments??? Just turn on the T.V.!.... Watch: JEOPARDY or the national news....read the newspaper and discuss current events (use the names of the people and places in the news).... turn your radio to WUIS (91.9) for the morning news analysis and "ALL THINGS CONSIDERED" AT 4:00 p.m. each week day.
Pay attention and participate in class for -- SURPRISE -- school teaches you many of the things that pop up in scholastic bowl questions.
