Family Poster Night
Families are invited to make a poster showing what they do together when they aren’t watching television. Include your name on the front and send it to school on Tuesday morning. We’ll display them throughout the school.
Tuesday, April 23 -
Pop Your Top and Read!
Students will have a soda and reading time during the school day.

Thank you to Mrs. Taylor, Miss Pohlman, Mrs. Valdez, Mrs. Steinkamp, Mrs. Harth, and Mrs. Davis for visiting homes as part of our NO TV PRIZE PATROL. Eighteen students in the school were surprised to find a teacher on their doorstep with a prize if they weren’t watching TV. All students visited received a prize!

Families are encouraged to visit
Washington Park this evening for family fun. No formal activities are planned.
Create your own family fun!
Meet other families and picnic, hike, walk, bike, feed the ducks, …..
Saturday & Sunday
are also included in the National TV-Turnoff Week.
Plan fun, family activities away from the
television.
Turn in a “Break Free from TV” card each day to be eligible for prizes throughout the week.
