Sunday Parish Appreciation Day ·Coffee Klatch in gym after 8:30 and 10:30 masses
Monday Community Appreciation Day ·All City Catholic Schools volleyball tournament with teams made up of faculty from various schools. Event will take place at Little Flower Gymnasium. (Specific details to follow) School with biggest attendance wins “spirit award.” ·BSS students may wear blue and gold at school this day with the donation of a canned good. All canned goods will be donated to a local food pantry.
Tuesday Student Appreciation Day ·Non-Uniform Day ·Free lunch donated by BSS Student Council (hamburgers & chips) ·Assembly for all grades in the afternoon ·Ice cream for students in the afternoon ·No homework ·Family show at 6:00 p.m. in Blessed Sacrament Gym
Wednesday Parent Appreciation Day ·Family lunch (order forms with schedule sent home last week)
11:15-11:35 for families
with last names beginning with Q-Z ·Parent Appreciation Night 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. hosted by BSS teachers in the school gym (drinks, snacks, and door prizes provided)
Thursday Faith Appreciation Day
·Special
lunch with proceeds to benefit the missions ·Teachers will have potluck lunch for clergy ·Dinner gift certificates presented to clergy from PSA
Friday Teacher Appreciation Day ·11:15 dismissal ·Teacher luncheon ·BSS day at Nelson Center ice skating 2:00 –3:30 ($5.00 a child includes skate rental) ·Family Dance 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in school gym (details to follow)
