• Scholastic Book Fair Volunteers Needed
    The annual spring Scholastic Book Fair begins this Friday, March 18, and we are really in need of volunteers to work the book fair each day (March 18 and 21-25), as well as during the two Friday evening fish frys. All volunteers must have taken Protecting God’s Children and will receive service hours. Click on the image to the right to sign up. The Book Fair helps support the purchase of books, supplies,the Book Taco reading comprehension platform, the electronic catalog and circulation program, reading incentives for students throughout the year, and so much more!   • Looking for Coaches
    The Blessed Sacrament Athletic Department is looking for coaches for the 2022 - 2023 School Year. All coaches must complete the Protecting God’s Children Seminar (online), complete a Diocesan background check, and Diocesan fingerprinting. IESA Coaches will also be required to complete the IESA Essential Coaching Certification Program (online), and the IESA Concussion Certification (online every 2 years). Anyone interested should complete the online coaching application that can be found on the Athletic Department Webpage and contact Athletic Director, Jeff Kreiling, at kreilingathletics@bssbruins.org for more information.

    Join us in the cafeteria Fridays during Lent (March 4 through April 8). Dinners are served 5:00 to 7:00 PM and you can dine in or carry out. Adult dinners are $10 and include your choice of walleye, catfish or shrimp, coleslaw and choice of French fries or baked potato. Cheese pizza is also available and and children's dinners are $5. Proceeds benefit Blessed Sacrament School through scholarships, Staff Salary Support Fund, MAGIC Match, etc.

    Governor Pritzker just announced that home learning has been extended through the remainder of the school year.
